Furnished Apartments in Pattaya - Naklua
Easy ABC has furnished apartments on Naklua Road with sea view at attractive monthly and long-term rents. Our Apartments have proven to be an ideal solution for students who want a safe and quiet place to stay.

Some Rooms are also equipped with a shelf system. The built-in furniture is modern and solid.
Available rooms:
Some of our apartments have direct ocean view and others are situated towards the back with a sideways ocean view. These rooms are generally more quiet than the ones facing the front.
Room cleaning:
Apartments are cleaned on request for a charge of 200 Baht. Changing of bedsheets on request is also charged 200 Baht each time. A full service (bedsheets & cleaning) is available for a special fee of 300 Baht. All rooms have bedding, pillow, blanket, towels, etc. The tenant is generally responsible for getting his own bedding washed and changed, however, we can also do this for you for only 200 Baht. There is a coin-washing machine in the courtyard, which is at every tenant's disposal. Furthermore, a laundry service is in the vicinity where you can get your laundry cleaned.
General notice:
The Easy ABC school and the apartments are located on Naklua road and therefore on the Baht-bus taxi route to the city centre. For only 10 Baht the Baht-bus will take you all the way to South Pattaya.
Even though the Naklua road is a very busy road during the day, it tends to be relatively quiet during the evening hours, so that the rooms which are facing the front side of the apartment house are not disturbed through much noise.
