Ingredients:

  • 75 g fish (kao,kapong)
  • 5 g corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped red chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander root
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp tamarind
  • 1 tbsp brown or palm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup stock (chicken soup)
